Who we are
Miles Away Media is a video production, photography and web design studio based in Ballina, NSW, operated by Torie Mathew and Melanie Bremner.

Information you give us. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the services you're interested in, and any project details you choose to share.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this site collects basic technical information when you visit — your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view and how long you spend on them. This is collected through our website platform's built-in analytics and is used to understand how the site is performing.
Information from working with us. If you become a client, we'll collect additional details needed to do the work and invoice you, such as your business address, billing details and any material you provide for a project.
